Ingredients:
- Flesh of 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- ½ cup milk, chilled
- ½ cup thick yogurt, chilled (I use Greek yogurt)
- 4-6 dates, pitted (or substitute with any other sweetener of choice)
- 6-8 mint leaves, plus 2 mint sprigs for garnishing
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- ¼ tsp salt
- 6-8 ice cubes
Instructions:
- Add avocado, banana, milk, yogurt, dates, mint leaves, vanilla paste, salt and ice into a blender. Blend until smooth
- Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs
- Serve immediately
