Avocado Smoothie

Difficulty level: Easy

Ingredients:

  • Flesh of 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • ½ cup milk, chilled
  • ½ cup thick yogurt, chilled (I use Greek yogurt)
  • 4-6 dates, pitted (or substitute with any other sweetener of choice)
  • 6-8 mint leaves, plus 2 mint sprigs for garnishing
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 6-8 ice cubes

 

Instructions:

  • Add avocado, banana, milk, yogurt, dates, mint leaves, vanilla paste, salt and ice into a blender. Blend until smooth
  • Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs
  • Serve immediately
