Fruit Yogurt with Muesli

  • 2 cups thick dahi / yogurt
  • ½ cup cold milk
  • ½ cup fruit puree of your choice
  • 2 cups mixed fruits and berries of your choice, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Nuts of your choice – such as toasted almonds and walnuts
  • Dried fruits of your choice, such as chopped figs / dates and cranberries / raisins
  • Honey or sugar for additional sweetness (optional)
  • ½ cup muesli


  • Add chia seeds into cold milk. Set aside for about 20 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell up
  • In a mixing bowl, beat yogurt to a smooth consistency or pass it through a sieve
  • Add milk, fruit puree, all of the fruits, nuts and dried fruits and mix
  • Taste, and adjust sweetness by adding sugar or honey, if required
  • Just before serving, add muesli and mix together. Garnish with chopped fruit and nuts. Serve cold
