Ingredients:
- 2 cups thick dahi / yogurt
- ½ cup cold milk
- ½ cup fruit puree of your choice
- 2 cups mixed fruits and berries of your choice, chopped
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Nuts of your choice – such as toasted almonds and walnuts
- Dried fruits of your choice, such as chopped figs / dates and cranberries / raisins
- Honey or sugar for additional sweetness (optional)
- ½ cup muesli
Instructions:
- Add chia seeds into cold milk. Set aside for about 20 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell up
- In a mixing bowl, beat yogurt to a smooth consistency or pass it through a sieve
- Add milk, fruit puree, all of the fruits, nuts and dried fruits and mix
- Taste, and adjust sweetness by adding sugar or honey, if required
- Just before serving, add muesli and mix together. Garnish with chopped fruit and nuts. Serve cold
