Ingredients:
- Flesh of 2 ripe avocados, diced
- ½ small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, grated or finely chopped
- 1 medium-sized tomato, chopped
- 10-12 sprigs of fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped jalapeno or 1-2 finely chopped green chillies, depending upon the heat desired
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado with a fork. I prefer my guacamole to be a little chunky – you should go with your preference, smooth or chunky
- Add remaining ingredients. Stir together
- Taste and adjust salt and lime as required
- Serve with tortilla chips (or pita bread / crisps, toasted bread, carrot sticks, or anything else that suits your fancy)
